This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to trace out the bundle in A.S.No.261 of 2007 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Court, Trichy.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition is filed only for tracing out the bundle in A.S.No.261 of 2007 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Court, Trichy and that the bundle has already been traced out and the matter has been taken up for hearing and therefore, no further order is required in this writ petition.

3.In view of the above submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the bundle in A.S.No.261 of 2007 on the file of the 1st Additional Sub Court, Trichy, has been traced out and the matter has been taken up for hearing, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
