The present petition has been filed seeking police protection to the petitioner to cut and remove the aged rubber trees.

2. Heard the submissions made on either side.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is of the year 2016. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents, on instructions, submitted that this is a case and counter case.
