ORDER
The present petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in M.C.No.16 of 2015 (Na.Ka.No.3435/A2/2015) on the file of the first respondent.
2. Earlier, when the matter came up for hearing on 22.07.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed today (29.07.2020) under the caption 'for orders'. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation on their behalf. However, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first and second respondents submitted that the present petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19351 of 2016 04.12.2015, pursuant to the proceedings initiated under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
3. Considering the fact that notice has been issued in the year 2015 and now, due to efflux of time, this Court is of the view that nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition and hence, the same stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
