PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the proper pathway of 'Block Service Center' building, which is under construction by the third respondent in Re-survey No.492/3, Thalakulam Village, Kalkulam Taluk, (Kulalar Street, Thalakulam Village Panchayat).

[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard Mr.K.Vamanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents shall ensure proper pathway of Block Service Centre building which is under construction.

3. The learned Government Pleader submits that the pavement blocks exist. The pathway is preserved.

4. In view of the statement of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
