ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 498(A) and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the complainant, enquiry is undertaking in G2/22261/140/23, C.No.179/SDOK/NRC/2023. During the course of enquiry, both sides came to understanding and this petitioner agrees to return the jewels and also agreed to deposit a sum of Rs.2.50 lakhs in the name of the child. On the basis of the above said understanding reached between the parties, further action was dropped. 3.Let the petitioner comply the above said undertaking given by him, immediately.

4.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
