O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to forbear the third respondent from interfering the pending civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents in S.No.84/5B, at Perungudi Village, Madhagupatti, Sivagangai District.

2.It is seen that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents herein in O.S.No.38 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Sivagangai. Therefore the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.16130 of 2015 respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents herein. As such, the third respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th and 5th respondents except any crime committed by the petitioner as well as the 4th and the 5th respondents.

3.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
