Not Known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that one Jeyanthi lodged a complaint against the petitioner, stating that she had handed over some gold ornaments and some documents to the petitioner. But, he did not return the above said documents and ornaments. Now enquiry is pending on the above said complaint.

3.Let the petitioner appear before respondent police and co-operate with them to complete the process of enquiry. Let the enquiry process be completed by the respondent police, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arises, the parties can workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings. 4.With the above said directions and liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
