This petition has been filed to extend the time imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7165 of 2022 dated 10.08.2022 and permit the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi, Pudukkottai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
