O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 28.06.2019.

2. The petitioner filed a petition before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.6519 of 2019 under Section. By an order dated 25.07.2019, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, directed the third respondent to conduct the investigation. On receipt of the same, the third respondent did not register any case and did not proceed with any enquiry.

3. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to register the case as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.6519 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD).No.14002 of 2019 of 2019 under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
