Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GOKULRAJ S, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VEERANDHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13293 of 2022, dated 22.07.2022.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
