ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking monthly wages based on the award dated 13.12.2021 passed in ID.No.4 of 2018 by the Labour Court, Trichy, by which the termination of the petitioner has been set aside. The Manaagement has filed the writ petition challenging the award of the Labour Court and it is pending. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
