2. Heard Mr.M.Kannan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 188 days in representing the above writ appeal is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) to the credit of the Advocate Clerks Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to Court.
