This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.4622 of 2022 , dated 13.09.2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police has no serious objections for allowing this petition. 4.Considering the submissions made by both sides, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur in Crl.M.P.No.4622 of 2022 , dated 13.09.2022, is set aside and the condition No.1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No. 4395 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thanjavur is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/-(Rupees Thousand Only) which is non-refundable, to the Legal Services Authority attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai" and produce the receipt/acknowledgement along with memo before the Court concerned. The other conditions imposed in the said Crl.M.P.No. 4395 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022, shall remain unaltered. 5.The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly. 22.09.2022 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No sji 2/4
