O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order, dated 04.03.2014 and to direct the respondents to promote the eligible persons available in the Directorate of Town Panchayat. Now, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner reports that the petitioner was already granted promotion, recording the statement, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

2. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
