Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Letter No. Va4/Paa-1-6/20/2022 dated 26.02.2022 and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the temporary pathway constructed across the Therku Malai Odai in Survey No.809 and 810 of Aralvaimozhi Village, Kanyakumari District by the 5th respondent.

2.The petitioner has challenged the order dated 26.02.2022 issued by the second respondent granting permission to the private respondent to put up a temporary pathway. The fifth respondent had sold his property. The temporary pathway has already been removed. The matter 2/4
