The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, a case in crime No.172 of 2019 has been registered and thereafter, the parties have settled the issues amicable and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
