This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take action by considering the petitioner's compliant, dated 26.07.2024, within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the compliant given by the petitioner, CSR.No.494 of 2024 came to be registered on 30.07.2024 and at the time of enquiry, they came to know that there was no such occurrence as alleged by the petitioner, the same was ordered to be closed.
3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint, if so advised. No costs. 02.09.2024 NCC : Yes/ No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No das 2/4
