ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Vadipatti to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.06 of 2020 within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3.The petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.06 of 2020 for declaration and permanent injunction as against the respondents. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit filed by the petitioner for declaration and permanent injunction is pending for the past five years without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 5.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.06 of 2020 within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
