ORDER
The present petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.497 of 2016 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.V, Tirunelveli.
2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would fairly submit that trial in C.C.No.497 of 2016 was already over and all the petitioners were acquitted by the Trial Court.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, no further adjudication is necessary in this case, as the petitioners were already acquitted by the Trial Court and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
