ORDER

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order of this Court, dated 01.07.2024 made in W.P(MD)No.14187 of 2024, wherein this Court has directed the authorities to consider the request of the petitioner to accommodate him in the same place or in some other nearby District.

2. The respondents herein have passed an order, dated 09.08.2024 accommodating the petitioner at Ramanathapuram. Pursuant to the said order, the petitioner has also joined at Ramanathapuram on 25.09.2024.

3. In view of the above said facts, this Court finds that there are no merits in the contempt petition. Hence, the contempt petition stands closed. 02.12.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes BTR 2/4
