ORDER

The present petition has been filed to quash the case registered in Crime No.31 of 2016 on the file of Thermal Nagar Police Station, Tuticorin.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the crime has been enquired into and the same has been closed as 'action dropped' on 28.07.2018.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
