ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which the request of the petitioner for stopping of registration of documents with regard to a particular survey number was rejected.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent submits that the petitioner had filed O.S.No.207 of 2014 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Madurai as against the second respondent herein with regard to the disputed survey number. The said suit has been compromised between the parties on 05.06.2018. The said fact is recorded. No further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
