ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.04.2015 and issue patta for the property in Natham S.F.No.116/1 at Vazhaiyur Village, Mannachanallur Taluk, Trichy District.

2.The petitioner submits that he is in enjoyment of small plot of land measuring three cents by putting up a temporary thatched shed. It is further stated that he has obtained electricity connection and is paying property tax apart from getting water pipe connection for his house. Based on his enjoyment, the petitioner submitted a representation to the Hon'ble Chief Minister of the State with a copy marked to the District Collector and the Tahsildar. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the petitioner will be satisfied if the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3.Having regard to the limited scope of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
