PRAYER :- To Cancel the Bail granted in favour of the accused / respondent No.2 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14314 of 2023 dated 04.08.2023 on the file of this Court. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to the accused / respondent No.1 vide order dated 04.08.2023 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14314 of 2023.

2. It is seen that anticipatory bail petition was moved by the second respondent herein in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14314 of 2023. That petition came to be allowed by order dated 04.08.2023.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai on 27.04.2024 which has not been taken on file till date.

4. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that as on date the arrears of Rs.1,35,000/- has to be paid by him. He has already paid Rs.75,000/- and wants the remaining amount to be paid in instalments before the trial Court. 2/4

5. Let the respondent be present before the trial Court and give an undertaking with regard to the payment of maintenance amount.

6. With the above observation, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
