ORDER

The present petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.313 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai, Sivagangai District, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would fairly submit that the present petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioners to raise all those points before the Trial Court.

3. In view of the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioners are at liberty to raise all the points available to them during trial before the Trial Court. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
