O R D E R

The petitioner herein filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.4416 of 2019 for directing the respondent to expedite the investigation and file final report. The said criminal original petition was disposed of on 25.03.2019 with direction. Alleging that the said direction has not been complied with, this contempt petition came to be filed. 2.Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the Action Dropped Report has already been filed. A copy of the same has also been served on the petitioner. The jurisdictional Magistrate will now issue notice to the petitioner herein.
