Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling records of the 3rd respondent i.e., the Tahsildhar, Sivagangai relating to impugned proceedings e.f.vz'; M2/3680/2016 dated 19.04.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Village Assistant in Kandangipatti Village as per the provisions contained in the Tamil Nadu Village Assistants Special Rules within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Hon'ble High Court. ORDER : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.AAYIRAM.K.SELVAKUMAR, Special Government Pleader, for the petitioners and of Mr.K.
