ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 16.08.2024 with due process of law.

2. It is not in dispute that civil suit filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.231 of 2019 is pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 16.08.2024 seeking police protection, that there existed property dispute between the petitioner and her paternal uncle's legal heirs and since civil suit is pending between the parties, directing the parties to approach the competent civil Court, has closed the petition. 2/4

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
