This petition is filed to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents herein not to harass the petitioner with a view to vacate the petitioner from the southern part of the property comprised in T.S.Nos.1873 and 1874 situated at Door No.5, Ahimsapuram West 4th Street, Sellur, Madurai Town Survey Ward No.10, Corporation Ward No.18, Madurai North Registration District, Madurai District. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the respondents 5 to 8 herein, the 4th respondent police has conducted enquiry and the same was closed as civil in nature. Therefore, not to harass does not arise in this petition.
