COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the first respondent in Letter No(D) No.1101/L1/2010 Health and Family Welfare (L1) Department dated 27.10.2014 and the consequential proceedings of the respondent No.2 R.116911/Mp1/S4/2010 dated 02.12.2014 and to quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner to the post of Health Inspector Grade I retrospectively from the date of completion of five years service in the post of Health Inspector Grade II with all consequential monetary and service benefits.

In pursuant to the issuance of the Government Order, the writ petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedies before the competent authorities and redress the same, in the manner known to law.
2.With these observations, all the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
