This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the Kuruvammal, aged about 24 years, D/o.M.Ramanathan and produce her before this Honourable Court

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent police registered the First Information Report in Crime No. 817 of 2019 for the offence under Section Woman Missing and now enquiry is pending.
