[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take action for demolishing the illegal construction made by the third respondent in Survey No.1695/1A, Door No.1369-D, Allinagaram Village, Theni District, for want of building plan approval.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner V.Eswaran appearing in person submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the above submission, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
