This Writ Petition is posted under the caption "for being mentioned". It is submitted by the petitioner that the School Committee has passed a resolution granting promotion to the petitioner as Head Master, vide order, dated 31.05.2020 and the Secretary of the School has signed the promotion order, dated 10.06.2020.The Education authority has not granted any approval, since another Writ Petition is pending. However, this case has become infructuous and the approval will be granted subject to the result of the Writ Petition W.P.(MD)No.7330 of 2020. 2.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
