This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.89 of 2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli District, as against the petitioners herein.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the trial in C.C.No.89 of 2016 has completed and ended in acquittal.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
