ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents herein to reimburse the medical expenses with 18% interest from the date of the petitioner's application for medical reimbursement to the actual date of payment.
2. Heard Ms.M.Padmavathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.C.Karthik, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. As per letter, dated 13.05.2022 of the first respondent, the petitioner said to have furnished all the documents. However, the petitioner had submitted the relevant particulars and they have been submitted to them and as per the submission made by the first respondent.

4. However the first respondent has sent once again another communication stating that some other documents are required.
5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had submitted all the documents; the respondent department had misplaced the same and he was repeatedly asking the very same document and hence, it is not possible for the petitioner to furnish the originals once again.

In the above circumstances, I feel the petitioner should be given with a liberty to furnish a copy of the document already submitted by her and on production of the same, the first respondent shall take further action, after verifying its genuineness by making due enquiry with the hospital authorities, in which the petitioner had taken treatment and do the needful, thereafter, by forwarding it to the third 4/7
respondent in order to take a call and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of all the documents.
7. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
