The present petition has been filed to quash the crime registered in Crime No.245 of 2016 on the file of the first respondent, insofar as the petitioners herein are concerned.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20134 of 2016 appearing for the second respondent would fairly submit that trial in this case was already over and the criminal case ended in acquittal.

3. In view of the submission so made, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present petition to quash the First Information Report and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
