This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the warrant issued in Crl.A.No.111 of 2022 order dated 25.4.2023 passed by the learned Additional District (Fast Track) Court, Theni and confirmed in STC.No.80 of 2022 order dt. 3.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation for the petitioner. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that the main case itself was disposed of and the accused was convicted.
