Challenge has been made to the legal heir certificate dated 03.07.2020 issued by the 3rd respondent.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his father died on 20.04.2019, leaving behind the petitioner, his mother and sister. However, suppressing the existence of the petitioner, his mother and sister / 7th respondent herein has fraudulently obtained legal heir certificate. Challenging the same, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the mother of the petitioner also died and the sister of the petitioner / 7th respondent has given a statement that she has no objection for issuing legal heir certificate, including the petitioner. 4.In such view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to issue fresh legal heir certificate, including the petitioner along with her sister. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
