ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent college to refund the tuition fee paid by the writ petitioner for the academic year 2014-2015.

2. On instructions, the learned Counsel appearing for the writ petitioner submits that the parties have settled the matter. Hence, the writ petition is no longer requires to be adjudicated. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
