2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.341 of 2014 and filed final report in C.C.No.186/2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.
