This petitioner has lodged complaints before the respondent police on 03.07.2025 and 11.07.2025 and filed this writ petition that his complaints have not been acted upon. 2.Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the complaints of this petitioner were enquired by the respondent police and it was closed on 30.07.2025, as the parties have not co-operated for the enquiry.
