Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to take necessary action against the 4th respondent herein for obstructing the petitioner from entering the Panchayat Office, Moolakaraipatti, Tirunelveli District and consequently to direct the 3rd respondent herein to permit the petitioner to attend in the upcoming council meetings of the 3rd respondent Panchayat.
