ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner for anticipatory bail.

2.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that summons was issued to the petitioner and based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, enquiry in CSR No.209 of 2021 is pending against the petitioner and he has not made any such sale illegally and the defacto complainant appeared once before the enquiry officer and undertook that he will produce the documents available with him, but he failed to do so.

CRL OP(MD). No.17914 of 2021 3.Since, no case is registered against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
