ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.149 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that now the investigation in Crime No.149 of 2015 has been completed and final report has also been filed and the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, has taken cognizance of the offence and assigned number as 'C.C.No.55 of 2017'.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
