Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioners representation, dated 31.08.2015 and consequentially direct the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents not disturb the peaceful possession of enjoyment of the properties in Plot No.1 & 2 situated in S.No. 252/9A at Bharathi Nagar, Melakkottai Village, Thirumangalam Taluk, Madurai District and not to harass the petitioner and her family members for registering the pathway in favour of the village panchayat.
