This petition has been filed to quash the case in P.R.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul District, as against the petitioner herein. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the case in P.R.C.No.11 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dindigul District has been committed to sessions and the same has been taken cognizance in S.C.No.34 of 2020 and nothing survives in this petition.

3.In view of the same, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
