ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to conduct survey of S.F.No.121/4 having an extent of 35 cents out of 1.59 acres under Plot No.3 measuring 2498 square feet vacant site with the assistance of a qualified surveyor by sub dividing the same and to issue patta in favour of the writ petitioner.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property having an extent of 2498 square feet. He wants the said extent to be sub divided and a separate patta to be issued in his favour.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents pointed out that the petitioner has not filed any proper application along with requisite fee for conducting the survey. In view of the above said facts, the petitioner is directed to file proper 2/4

application for conducting the survey along with the requisite fees. The respondent authorities are directed to issue a notice to the writ petitioner granting one week time, so that, they could be present at the time of measuring the property.

4. With the above said observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
