ORDER

The present petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.230 of 2015 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Usilampatti, insofar as the petitioner herein is concerned.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would fairly submit that the case in S.T.C.No.230 of 2015 ended in acquittal.
