This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the third Respondent not to harass the Petitioner by considering the Petitioner's representation, dated 24.08.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the Respondents 1 to 3 submitted that it is a case and counter. The Petitioner is arrayed as an accused in Crime No.555 of 2022. Another case was registered in Crime No.326 of 2022 on the basis of complaint given by the Petitioner.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. The Petitioner is directed to co-operate with the pending investigation and the Respondents are directed not to cause summon to the Petitioner at odd hours.
