2014, in the light of G.O.Ms.No.525, School Education (D1) Department, dated 29.12.1997 and G.O.Ms.(4D), No.1, School Education Department, dated 21.01.2000 and proceedings dated 03.05.2012 of the 1st respondent and approve the petitioner upgradation as Physical Education Director Grande-I in the 4th respondent school w.e.f 17.04.2003 with all monetary benefits within the time limit fixed by this Court.
